We collect information about you when you contact us through the available channels, such as the contact form.

When you contact us via these channels, we may request personal data such as your email, full name, and the company you work for.

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms provided through these channels are mandatory. Failure to complete any of them may prevent us from providing the requested services.

You must provide truthful information, and impersonation or the use of aliases or anonymous names is prohibited. When providing any requested data through these channels, you must not use offensive expressions or names that coincide with trademarks, trade names, names or pseudonyms of public figures or celebrities without authorization.

To ensure the information provided is always accurate and error-free, you must inform ESED as soon as possible of any changes to your personal data by sending an email to esed@esedsl.com.

Additionally, by clicking the "Accept" button (or equivalent) included in these forms, you declare that the information and data you have provided are accurate and truthful.

b) Information Obtained Indirectly:

When you browse, different cookies and other tracking technologies may be installed on your device, as explained in our cookie policy.

3. What is the Soruce of the Data?

We consider that all the data processed by ESED has been freely provided by you.

If the personal data provided pertains to a third party, you guarantee that you have informed them of this Privacy Policy and obtained their authorization to share the data with ESED for the purposes outlined above.

Likewise, you guarantee that the data provided is accurate and up to date, and you assume responsibility for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may arise as a result of failing to comply with this obligation.

4. How will we use your personal information? What services do we provide?

ESED acts as the data controller for the following purposes and based on the following legal grounds:

Based on the management of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship:

Managing the acquisition of services we offer through our App, addressing any incidents or requests arising from it, and performing any tasks related to delivery or after-sales service.
Providing you with the services you have requested and responding to your information requests, as well as facilitating the exercise of your rights.

Based on ESED’s legitimate interest:

Keeping you informed about ESED’s products and services related to those you have previously contracted and which may be of interest to you.
Conducting periodic reviews of our services and satisfaction surveys to assess and improve the quality of the service we provide.

However, if you do not wish for your data to be processed for these purposes, you may object at any time by contacting us at esed@esedsl.com, as indicated in the Rights Management section of this Privacy Policy.

Based on your explicit, free, and unequivocal consent, where provided at the time of data collection:

If applicable, keeping you informed about ESED’s products and services of interest to you, provided you have expressly consented to this, through conventional and/or electronic means (email, SMS, etc.).
If applicable, keeping you informed about ESED’s or third-party products and services, always sent through ESED by electronic means.

5. Data sharing and international transfers

All personal data transfers we carry out are necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined or are performed to comply with legal obligations:

To public administrations, judicial authorities, and law enforcement agencies in compliance with applicable legal obligations.
To companies providing IT services, tools, or infrastructure on which ESED’s services are based, such as hosting providers, CRMs, email service companies, and others.

In this regard, we inform you that any data transfer will be carried out with all necessary legal safeguards in place. We also ensure that we sign specific contracts with all our service providers as required by applicable regulations.

Furthermore, ESED guarantees that in cases where service providers are located in countries outside the European Union or in jurisdictions not deemed adequate under data protection regulations, the necessary precautions are taken to ensure that data can be transferred securely. This may include the provider offering appropriate safeguards, signing European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, or complying with any exceptions provided for under the applicable regulations.

6. Exercising your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of Access: To access your personal data and understand the processing activities performed with it.
Right of Rectification: To correct any inaccurate personal data.
Right of Erasure: To request the deletion of your personal data, where applicable.

Right to Withdraw Consent: To revoke the consent you have provided to ESED at any time.

Sending an email to esed@esedsl.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and providing your identification details.
Sending a written request to the following address: Av. Ernest Lluch 32 TCM2 - 08302 Mataró (Barcelona), specifying the right you wish to exercise and including your personal details.
Additionally, when you receive any communication from us, you can click the unsubscribe link included in the communication to opt-out of all previously accepted commercial communications.

Submitting Complaints
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) if you believe we have violated data protection laws regarding the processing of your personal data.

Robinson List
You can register on the Robinson List at www.listarobinson.es, a system managed by the Spanish Digital Economy Association (ADIGITAL). By signing up, you can indicate your objection to the use of your data for sending commercial communications.

7. Retention periods and cookies.

We will retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the requested services. Any data you provide through the available channels will be blocked when it is no longer needed to manage the service. Such data will only be accessible in cases where there is a legal obligation (e.g., a request from law enforcement agencies, courts, or tribunals) or when you exercise your rights.

Regarding the personal data obtained through these channels, ESED uses cookies in accordance with its Cookie Policy.

8. Security and confidentiality

We are committed to ensuring the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access or the unauthorized disclosure of personal data, we have implemented appropriate technical and physical measures, as well as management processes, to safeguard and protect the information we collect from you.

9. Minors.

Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use the services available through the App without prior authorization from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who will be solely responsible for all actions carried out through the App by the minors under their care, including filling out forms with the personal data of such minors and, if applicable, ticking the accompanying boxes.

In this regard, since ESED cannot control whether users are minors or not, it is the responsibility of parents and guardians to implement the necessary mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing the App and/or providing personal data without their supervision. ESED accepts no responsibility in this regard.

10. Update of the privacy policy.

We make our best efforts to keep our privacy policy fully updated on a monthly basis. If we make any changes, these will be clearly identified in a clear and specific manner, as permitted by the relationship we have established with you (for example: we may notify you of the changes by email).
